About the classes
Morning yoga
A lovely way to start your day. The focus is on gently waking up and unfurling the body after our nights sleep. We end the session with journaling and meditating, setting our intentions for the week ahead.
Gentle yoga
This class runs from Granton Hub. The session is slow with a focus on rhythmic embodied movement and gently building balance, strength and stability.
Slow Saturday flow
Softer and slower. Doesn’t mean it's always easier. We do less, but what we do is with deeply rooted in intention and awareness. Expect plenty breath work, embodied movement, an exploration of traditional yoga asana (posture) and long Savasana.
