Gorgeous yoga flow that suits all abilities. Hannah is a fantastic teacher and I always feel the benefit of her classes. Would completely recommend to anyone, she’s very good with complete beginners.

10.00-11.00 slow Saturday’s, online £7/9 drop-in

About the classes

Morning yoga

A lovely way to start your day. The focus is on gently waking up and unfurling the body after our nights sleep. We end the session with journaling and meditating, setting our intentions for the week ahead.

Gentle yoga

This class runs from Granton Hub. The session is slow with a focus on rhythmic embodied movement and gently building balance, strength and stability.

Slow Saturday flow

Softer and slower. Doesn’t mean it's always easier. We do less, but what we do is with deeply rooted in intention and awareness. Expect plenty breath work, embodied movement, an exploration of traditional yoga asana (posture) and long Savasana.
