Candlelit yin yoga, meditation, breathwork & aromatherapy - the perfect start to your weekend.

Yin yoga is a slow practice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. We hold postures for a longer period of time, roughly 4-6 minutes and fully relax into the target areas. Yin yoga works our connective tissues.
